The rates, terms, and conditions that Lean-Agile Thinking ApS operate by.

Thanks for choosing Lean-Agile Thinking ApS. Our mission is to help our customers with our knowledge, expertise and professionalism in delivering Professional Agile Coaching and Training. Our Training is onsite, our Professional Agile Coaching is provided onsite or remote and is governed by our Terms of Business described here.

Private Professional Agile Coaching and Training

1/2 day: 9.00-12.30Full day: 9.00-16.00 (lunch 30 min)

* All rates are exclusive of DK VAT Travel and Expenses

Private onsite Training

Cost + T&E will be invoiced by the end of the training or the week in which the training occurs, whichever comes first, and unless otherwise agreed is due within fourteen (14) days. The company will provide a training room and catering during the day for all.

* For private Scrum.org courses all students must be from the same company.** All rates are exclusive of DK VAT and are exclusive cost for Travel and Expenses

Training partners

For training partners providing a 2 days course for a company, the price per student is 7500 DKK plus VAT, Travel and Expenses.

For training partners providing a 1 day course for a company, the price per student is 3750 DKK plus VAT, Travel and Expenses.

Invoicing

Lean-Agile Thinking ApS will submit electronic invoices upon completion of the engagement or monthly, whichever comes first. Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Travel & Expenses (T&E)

If travel is required, Lean-Agile Thinking ApS will invoice travel & expenses upon completion of the engagement or monthly, whichever comes first. Associated travel and expenses for each onsite week will be invoiced as actual expenses for air, lodging, and ground transportation.

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling > 4 weeks before first training day: No charge
• Canceling 2-4 weeks before first training day: 50% of training fee
• Canceling <2 weeks before first training day: We do not refund training fees but you are welcome to send somebody else. 100% of training fee

For canceling, you must inform pr. mail to mth@lean-agile.dk

Please note that cancellation fees will not be credited to any other engagements. Lean-Agile Thinking ApS will always accommodate movement of engagement dates whenever possible.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We will always protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers at all times. We also believe that it is important to spread knowledge. We stake our reputation on the knowledge that we have and the advice we give and we practice transparent work wherever possible. Just as you benefit from posts our Professional Agile Coaches write when they are working elsewhere, it’s probably how you found us, others can benefit from what we learn when working with you.

Engagement Owner

The customer will provide an Engagement Owner who can commit to providing timely responses to help facilitate a smooth engagement. This person should have access to knowledgeable individuals to ensure quick resolution of any questions and decisions during the engagement.

Engagement Backlog & Change Management

At all times Lean-Agile Thinking ApS will endeavour to meet your needs and as such we want to provide flexibility. As such we will create a backlog prior to the engagement. During the engagement we will work through as much of the backlog as possible in the time available. At any time the Engagement Owner is free to refine the backlog in consultation with us.
